4 th Amendment No search and seizure without a warrant, warrants only given if there is probable cause.

5 th Amendment Trial by jury “double jeopardy” Can’t be forced to be a witness against yourself Due process Eminent domain

6 th Amendment “speedy and public trial” Right to a lawyer Right to know what you’ve been charged with

7 th Amendment Right to a jury if the case is for more than 20 dollars

8 th Amendment No excessive bail No cruel or unusual punishment
