The highest ranked country is the United States. I think this is because the United States are one of the leading countries in technology so Americans need computers for daily life.

The lowest ranked country is Haiti, I think this I because it is a poor country and cannot afford for every citizen to have a computer like the United States can.

The 5 th and 6 th ranked countries are Canada and Italy, both of witch are developed countries, I think they are where they are because Italy is small and doesn’t need computers as badly as other countries. Canada is a large country but has a lot of area that is farther behind than others because they cannot get service out to those parts.

The 7 th and 8 th ranked countries are Egypt and Thailand, both of witch are developing. I think what they need to do to get to the top five is put more money towards computers and get a business in computers.

I think another country that sticks out is the United Kingdom. I think it is up there because it is a large country like the U.S. and also uses many computers for daily life.

The number one position is a tie between four countries, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and France. I think that they are all there because they are all very educated countries and need to be able to read and write in order to go on with there daily lives.

The lowest rated country is Haiti I think this is because it is a small poor country and cannot afford really good teachers as well as parents not being able to afford education. I think what they need to do is start a world wide manufacturing business, get money and put it towards education so they can build up to a better future.

The 5 th and 6 th rated countries are Nigeria and Egypt, both of witch are developing. The reason they are both developing rather than one developing and one developed is because of the four-way tie between four developed countries.

The 7 th and 8 th ranked countries are Nigeria and Haiti, they are actually 6 th and 7 th because of the four-way tie between developed countries. These are both developing countries and are both fairly poor countries to get to the top five I think they need to put more money towards good teachers.

Another country that sticks out is Italy it is second and I think it just needs to make sure that everyone can read and write. I know that there is no way to measure that but I think that citizens of Italy should put it on themselves.

The United States has the highest in its column for this graph. I think that this happens because it is a highly developed country. The United States also has a high population also the United States needs more materials for daylily life, such as oil for gas to run cars.

Haiti has the lowest on this graph. I think this may be because it is a small undeveloped country. That also means that it has a lower population so they don’t need as many cars because they don’t have such a high population. It also doesn't need as many oil based products like paint, plastics, or inks.

After looking at my graph I noticed that there was one undeveloped country and one developed country. I also noticed that the developed country is the lowest developed country and the undeveloped country is the highest undeveloped country. The countries are Italy and Thiland.

The 7 th and 8 th ranked countries are Egypt and Malaysia also both developing countries. I think what they have to do to get to the top half is find more oil and start manufacturing oil to increase wealth of both countries and also to get consumption rates up.

I see that another country that stands out in oil consumption is Canada. I think that the oil rates are like this because Canada is a very large country witch gives a lot of room to find and consume oil.
