Connection Comfort with the technology is no longer the main issue. What needs to change to focus participants more directly on using technology to add value to the learning goals of the board?

Connection Comfort with the technology is no longer the main issue. What needs to change to focus participants more directly on using technology to add value to the learning goals of the board? Program’s capacity-building focus had been fairly unstructured. Some participants thrived in this environment and emerged as leaders. Others need more guidance. How can we help all participants realize their potential and take charge of their own learning?

Program’s capacity-building focus had been fairly unstructured. Some participants thrived in this environment and emerged as leaders. Others need more guidance. How can we help all participants realize their potential and take charge of their own learning? How can we leverage the groups to create a community of connected learners? CATC Connection groups lack cohesion.
