Problems & Obstacles ► Supervisors are reluctant to work as they are not being given TA and per diem.  They are using their own mobikes for work  Using their mobiles to contact PALs/ASHAs  One PAL, unhappy not being fulfilled the demand of Rickshaw (as he agreed to pay 50% cost)  Exchange of homes by PALs  Non healing due to begging  MCR availability is being difficult

Suggestions ►S►S►S►Supervisors may be considered some incentives ►O►O►O►Our suggestion is that the Tricycles should be provided to long standing non healing ulcers ►W►W►W►We have noticed a thick sole good looking chapal of a branded company costing about Rs. 250/- may be useful to replace MCR (being used by some PALs of their own, with good response, comfortable and durable)
