DEVELOPMENT OF DELIBERATIVE RACIAL INTERGRATION  Developed from the point of view of deliberative democracy and cosmopolitan citizenship of the world  The norm promotes engagement of free and equal participants with each other in open debates  The approach has the capacity to recognize the distinct others and their vulnerabilities

DEVELOPMENT OF DELIBERATIVE RACIAL INTERGRATION  Deliberative racial integration in this paper will refer to a racial integration process that is shaped and given direction by democratic deliberations as well as cosmopolitan norms and values  Approach entails four normative ideas for relationship and dispositions of deliberations known as inclusion, equality, reasonableness and three pillars of cosmopolitan known as compassion, hospitality and belligerence.
