PAXIS: Cross-border projects Transfer projects: Identification of existing successful models or instruments. Development of a suitable transfer strategy to the NACs. Successful implementation of those concepts. New support concepts: Development of new support concepts or integration of existing instruments to a global concept. Validation and implementation of those concepts.
