318 th Madrid Forum, 28 September 2010 ERGEG’s initial response Starting point was a fragmented picture of applied CAMs Open and transparent discussions started two years ago ERGEG principles in January public consultations 2 workshops Many bilateral meetings with stakeholders Presentations at the Madrid Forum Idea of pilot projects was To test the process and To make substantial progress in the area of CAM ERGEG agrees with the need for harmonisation, however, a broad consensus has to be reached among stakeholders and NRAs ERGEG will revise the FG where further clarification are needed or will develop additional justifications on the proposed text ERGEG will get in contact with EC to discuss in detail the revised version asap
