Street Law: Teaching About Law And Justice To Street Kids In Indonesia LENI WIDI MULYANI HESTI SEPTIANITA ROSA TEDJABUWANA

History Established year 2009 Concentrating on street law clinic for marginalized people The member of Indonesian Clinical Legal Education Association. The leader of street law clinic in Indonesia and have become the resource center.

CLE faculty of law Pasundan University received the award from the Ministry of Justice and Human Right as the initiator of legal awareness school in collaboration with a public high school in Bandung.

Legal education and legal literacy activities The street law activities are focusing on giving legal education and legal literacy to women and children such as : 1.High school Students; 2.Children in conflict with the law; 3.Street Children; 4.Housewife in the village; 5.High school teachers; 6.Indonesian Migrant Workers in Malaysia.

The students 1.Must pass the procedural laws subjects; 2.Pass the interview process; 3.Must follow Training on trainer; 4.Have a strong commitment to join with CLE; 5.Work voluntarily; 6.Prepare everything before and after street law activities.

The Supervisor 1.Appointed by the Dean trough Dean’s Decree; 2.Have a strong commitment to build CLE; 3.Work Voluntarily; 4.Supervise the students before and after street law activities;

In 2015, one of the activities in CLE-Pasundan University is combating trafficking issue. The activities so far giving a legal education and legal literacy to potential victims, victims and victim’s family. In collaboration with Local NGO and Local Government of West Java Province

CLE still extracurricular activities, where students voluntarily join, but for the next semester it will be creditted, where the third- year students have to follow the activities and obtain CLE credit for 2 credits.
