Identify the areas of greatest need for student learning. 1. Superintendent staff meet to discuss what is going to make the biggest impact on student learning. 2. Capture that information. (Plus Minus Sheet)

Recognize you may need to put money back into your system, not for student learning, but for political reasons. 1. What are the areas in your district you get the most complaints about. 2. What are the employees that need to be addressed, (Librarians, Councilors, Special Ed. Custodial).

Plan an effective community forum. 1. Have suggested list of items to add back in. 2. Comment Sheets
