During this tutorial you will learn how to create a small parcel shipment weighing less than 150lbs. ©Copyright, SCATS, Global Logistics Village, Inc., , All Rights Reserved.

Enter total shipment weight. 2.Select “No” since the shipment weighs more than 150 pounds. 3.Enter the PO number in the PO Quicklist. Click GO. (Skip this section for now.) ©Copyright, SCATS, Global Logistics Village, Inc., , All Rights Reserved.

Fill out “Ship From” and “Ship To” information. Phone number must be in xxx-xxx-xxxx format. 6. Enter the “Ship from close time” in military time, which is the time your dock closes. 7. Select whether you have a daily pickup with FedEx or UPS or if you will drop off package. 8. Enter the “Fill Quantity” which is the amount you are shipping. The packing slip, which is a reference number for you, can be numbers or letters with no special characters or spaces. 10. Enter the number of pieces that are being shipped. You can use one line if all pieces are the same weight and dimensions. If so, enter the TOTAL weight. If the weight and dimensions are not the same, use separate lines for each piece. You may change the type of carton if needed. Description is not required unless the shipment is hazardous.
