All about my flower baby! By: Eva Rivera

My flour baby is a boy and it is called Justin Bieber. He has lots of nicknames like Justin, Bieber, the biebes, jb, and more. He was born on August 28,2010 in Honduras. His weight was very high when he was born and the doctors told me his weight was called “science kit”. Justin is a very handsome, funny baby. He is very fat but he looks as good as he’s father Justin Bieber.

In this picture jb is being baby seated for the first time. The baby sitter told me he behaved very well. Here biebes is being baby seated for the last time and the longest time.

In this picture I'm spending quality time with the baby by feeding him a bottle. In this picture I’m also spending time with my baby but this time I’m playing with him by reading books to him. Here is the baby and me at school.

In this picture Justin is sleeping in his special bed that I did to him when he was first born. In this picture as you can see, the baby is in the bathroom on morning getting ready to go to school with me.

This picture is the one that I most like because that day was the first time I really felt like a mom because I woke up at three in the morning just to feed him. That day Justin Bieber was called “victim of hyperactivity at three in the morning” because he could not stop smiling and did not wanted to go to sleep.

This last three days with my baby have been the worst and the best days I have ever had. They have been the worst because lots of things went wrong. First, I needed to take him to school and I was always afraid that he could fall down or something could happen to him. Second of all, I was afraid that someone could hurt him or stain him with a marker. Third, Ms. Moe was always checking on us and that is why I did not like it because I was always afraid and I lost lot of dumb point because she was watching me. I really think this flour baby thing is a bad idea, having to care for babies is not the bad idea but pretending they are from flour. Obviously the flour baby I treated it different because I tapped it all over and to a real baby I’m never going to do that. The thing that I liked about having the baby was like name in it and seeing how much he weights. At first, I loved the idea of baby sitters and that if we took a picture of the baby sitter it was ok and you did not loosed point but then the rules changed and that part I did not like. Another thing that I really like was the part that we needed to take pictures to our babies. I think it was fun because that way we payee attention to it. One other thing I didn’t like was that one of the three days we needed to wake up early to “feed” him. I think the school cannot do that to us because they are interrupting a student’s sleep time. But, it was also exciting because my friends and I said we were going to wake up at the same time and we did so that was fun. Overall, the truth was that at the beginning before starting the project I was more excited because I did not know us needed to do so much things. I did not know that caring for a baby was that big of an effort. But know I know and thing this project is a very good idea. This project helped me learn that I should make good decisions and have a baby when I am totally ready. Being a mom for three days was fun.
