Other Program Elements Souvenir Program o To be distributed to all attendees Raffle o To promote family businesses Family Heritage Exhibit o Each branch to be given a designated area to display memorabilia, pictures and the like Zamora Family Bazaar o Area for sponsors to promote their products o Family members can promote their businesses o Provide additional food options Kiddie Activity Area o A play area with age-appropriate activities to keep younger family members entertained during the reunion Photobooth

Logistics Registration o Pre-registration will be required o Nominal fee (approx. P350) will be collected to defray cost of t-shirt and to ensure commitment to attend o Deadline for registration will be announced and will be the basis for venue set-up, lunch, o Tickets and official t-shirts will be distributed to each branch representative prior to the reunion Safety o Medical - paramedic team and ambulance will be available during the event Parking o Ample parking space is available Security o Security augmentation will be provided in all strategic areas o Name badges will be given to all attendees (family, household staff- yayas/drivers, crew/suppliers)

Funding Nominal registration fee to encourage maximum attendance and participation o Target amount: P350, equivalent to cost of t-shirt o For us to have a firm headcount for food, t-shirts, etc. o Fee includes: T-shirt, Lunch, Program/Entertainment, Other activities (bazaar, exhibit, kiddie activity area) Fund raising activities leading up to the Reunion to raise additional funds o Ex. golf tournaments, special movie screenings, Family Cookbook, souvenirs and memorabilia, etc. o Family members can get to know each other by organizing and attending special events Sponsorships (in cash or in kind) are encouraged o Preferably from own business or personal contribution of a family member o Subject to approval of Ways and Means Committee o Proper acknowledgement of all sponsors will be made before, during and after the event Surplus funds will be set aside for Special Projects o Ex. scholarship fund, coffee table book, etc. o Proper accounting and reporting of funds will be done through the Ways and Means Committee
