If it is to heavy ask someone else to move it. Check what's in it before you move it. Don’t just ignore it. Don’t bend your back. Don’t stretch. Bend your knees. Take some of its contents out if its to heavy. Don’t run with it.

Research Task 11: Emergency Services The emergency services include : police, fire people, ambulance. When calling emergency services the rules to follow are: Tell the client what they need to do. Ask for help if its needed from someone in the salon. Keep the client calm. Speak clearly and calmly on the phone. Don’t run round. Follow correct instructions. Ask for service. Give your name and address. Make others aware of the situation. Report it in the accident book.
