LUNG CANCER Smoking cigarette is the single biggest risk factor for lung cancer.

COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary disease) COPD is an lung disease that makes it hard to breathe.

HEART DISEASE Smoking can cause blockages and narrowing in your arteries, which means less blood and oxygen flow to your heart.

STROKE A stoke happens when the blood supply to your brain is temporarily blocked. Brain cells are deprived of oxygen and start to die.

ASTHMA Because cigarette smoke irritates air passages, it can trigger sudden and severe asthma attacks.

EVERY CIGARETTE YOU SMOKE REDUCES YOUR EXPECTED LIFE SPAN BY 11 MINUTES

A SINGLE CIGARETTE CONTAINS OVER 4,800 CHEMICALS, 69 OF WHICH ARE KNOWN TO CAUSE CANCER
