REDESIGNING JOBS Employers use job rotation to increase workers’ interest. Workers participate in job decisions and provide suggestions. Employees work in teams to improve morale.

IMPROVING HEALTH AND SAFETY  Businesses operate wellness and fitness programs for their employees.  Examples: 1.Incentives for smokers to quit 2.Health Club memberships 3.Counseling services 4.Payment for addiction treatment

FAMILY-FRIENDLY PRACTICES  Employers are more flexible to families.  Examples: 1.Daycare 2.Flexible hours 3.Telecommute- telecommuters work from home or on the road, staying in contact with their employers electronically.  Greenwood offers its employees the Gatorland daycare center during the day.
