Importance of Graduating  Impacts the student  Earn $250,000 less than high school graduates.  Difficulty finding jobs.  Greater tendency of unemployment and cyclical employment.  Higher potential of living in poverty.

Importance of Graduating  Impact on the community  Higher crime rates.  Decrease in property value.

Importance of Graduating  Impact on Businesses  Need skilled workers.  Invest additional money in training.  Higher costs lead to smaller profit margin.  Relocation of business.
