11 Proposes to develop the model of a programme of structured instruction for practicing or budding entrepreneurs which, when implemented, will lead to a recognized qualification outside the formal educational system of the traditional schools of entrepreneurship which are available at the secondary and tertiary levels of education. The proposed model of structured knowledge acquisition will comprise of a collection of courses which will be interrelated within their level and which will be connected with other similar courses at other levels so that they form prerequisites for advancement. 14 There are many bits and pieces, which must be put together in order to produce and market the “product” of “going into business” efficiently and effectively. A new incumbent in the business world could lose enthusiasm and focus if not assisted to foresee mistakes that he/she does not need to make. The "School's" mission is to provide the knowledge that will help "clear the path to success". The School of Entrepreneurs is a concept and not a physical training establishment.

The percentages of ownership in such a compnay which may not bear any relationship to the distribution of this project’s budget. So there will be a stage of the project, not too far away, that we will be called to decide:

20 Dr Y. Fessas was born in Paphos in He obtained his BSc in Chemical Engineering from UMIST, his MSc from Leeds University in the UK and his PhD from Clarkson University in the USA. He is a consulting chemical, food and environmental engineer since 1973 and is the founder-manager of Proplan Ltd which provides services to industry, Government and other organizations. He is also the founder and Director of Promitheas Business Innovation Centre Ltd, a company 33% owned by Proplan, and set up in order to run the Promitheas business incubator in Cyprus. 21 Proplan is a business consultancy engaged primarily in innovation management through technical and organo-technical projects. It is a prime “mover and shaker” in the promotion of entrepreneurship in Cyprus and is a major shareholder and the initiator of the “Promitheas Business Innovation Center”, Cyprus first officially approved business incubator. Proplan participates either directly or indirectly in a number of European Networks on entrepreneurship, the promotion of innovation and the promotion of Industry / University links. Proplan provides regular training programs for entrepreneurs through the Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
