Advantages of CC 1.Money saving (buying cheaper) 2.Balance in bazaar prices (market control) 3.Economic consulting with radiologists 4.Increase cooperation and unity in population 5.Another house for lobbing, radiology hof, radiology inn or radiology house 6.Increase economics and management in radiology (many radiologists are head of departments or their private clinic) 7.Finally it could be a club for fun, sport (radiologists and their families) 8.Cooperation with ISR and private medical instrument companies and ministry of health, head offices in medical instrument quality control

Against digital imaging in Iran(inhibitors) Bad fee for service No predicted program Expensive digital systems No good leasing programs Non-educated staffs ( radiologists, technologists) Non-acceptance in population (they like film) We got few good or true PACS just recently
Solutions: 1.Leasing improvement (cooperation of banks and companies) 2.Fee for service improvements 3.Governmental role improvements for CR, DR, DDR 4.Population acceptance improvements for filmless 5.Education improvements for old staffs and education programs for residents 6.General population education (image from you is not for you, it is for physicians) 7.Increase maintenance for digital systems by known companies 8.Less gain or benefit for seller companies at the first step (in future they should have a big deal) 9.Respect to copy-right in country
What I do in CC 1.Business in new materials and digital systems (hardware, software, IT services, RIS,…) 2.CR is more acceptable than DR and DDR, because of economic problems 3.Improving spare parts, maintenances, backups,… 4.Improve leasing, managements in economics, consulting and CC as a medium between radiologist and companies 5.Judgments between radiologists and companies when they got problems with each other.
