Components of SEP Access Course Completion ESL and Basic Skills Degree and Certificate Completion Transfer Looking at gender, ethnicity, age, disability status, economic status, veterans and foster youth within each component

What we did at Miramar College College-wide workshop inviting everyone to participate (shared governance voice) Reviewed history of SEP (when funds were cut, SEP was not mandated) Reviewed data at Miramar College Dialogue around the data Identify goals and objectives to address disproportionate impact Identify timelines for activities
