2002 – Bible exhibition

The Bible in six topics. A Bible exhibition is being held from Friday afternoon until Sunday at the 'Saint Andre' hall in Châteaudun. It was opened on Friday evening in the presence of Andre Fillion, France-Mission partner working in association with Francois Escrozailles, the pastor of the evangelical church in Chartres. Andre Fillion shared his ambition: 'we are now working towards the development of a protestant evangelical church in Châteaudun.' The pastor explained that the goal of this exhibition is to present the Bible by way of 6 great topics, such as its origins, authenticity, truth, the conservation of the Scriptures, and their distribution throughout the world, the contents and message of the Bible.' A brief guided tour showed the exhibition to include a collection of ancient Bibles, and a multimedia presentation. Visitors will also be able to explore 'the Israelite tabernacle from the time of Moses' or a 'poster presentation of the Biblical message with its 10 commandments'. L’Écho Républicain 1 october 2002
