Traditional Shutters Vs Ahura Mazda-B&D Roll A Door Made up of multiple slats which are joint together The curtain of the Roll a door is made up of continuous GI sheets which has lesser tamper proof joints These laths are bent in a roll forming machine. The GI sheets are bent on a 7mtr long special purpose press which makes multiple bends on one sheet giving greater strength to the curtain These are generally delivered in red oxide and then painted at site. These curtains are made out of pre-painted Galvalume sheets. The locks are always at the bottom and very uncomfortable to lock and unlock. These shutters have locks at waist level which makes them very easy to operate. These shutters have to be greased regularly for ease of operation. These shutters are stapled with a nylofelt strip on the curtain to make the operation of the shutter very smooth and noiseless. The laths of these shutters are made of MS which tend to rust after a period of time Since the curtain is made of precoated GI the possibility of the rust is very low.
