Successful Strategies Develop shared vision and goals Generate data to enable effective decisions – (previous enrollment data by course, residency, salaries, etc.) Provide planning tools and training Encourage College ownership & accountability for course decisions, faculty, times, etc. Your goal is to make Colleges successful!
