Looking for countries with low environmental regulation, low OHS rights At the same time SE claims for : Being a member of the World Business Council for Sustainable Development Belonging to the Alliance to save energy Belonging to the Clinton Climate initiative Being an active member of the UN Global compact Being a partner of the World Health Organization Many others associations like CSR Europe, or member of the board of directors of French study center for Corporate Responsability

The Schneider Electric case We organized many debates with the workforce about the behaviour of the company and made alternative proposals We met the union and the organized workforce at SE Batam, raised the issues, shared experiences We filed a complaint against SE for deceptive advertising We are wondering if we file a complaint at the French NPC (OECD guidelines for MNC) We try to set up a Trade Union Network for a first meeting in fall 2013 or beginning of 2014
