Web Portals: 1 、 Reason : Most informative media form, especially social network(micro-blog). 2 、 Main Strategy : ( 1 ) cooperate with social celebrities owing to their great influence of their microblog ( 2 ) cooperate with famouse web portals like Baidu and Google
