CAREC ONGOING ACTIVITIES PRTR May – October 2005 was implemented project : “Towards PRTR system in Kazakhstan” The main activity: distribution of information about main point of Protocol to the public and business, analyzing of statistic report in case of Protocol obligation, sociological research in two more pollutant oblast of Kazakhstan, development of recommendation to the Ministry of Environmental, design of new pilot project proposal

CAREC ready to contribute more for the Aarhus convention future and we would like ask a donor community and Secretatiat of Convention to help us and recognize Central Asia as platform for development of new instruments of cooperation !
