Hampshire Health Record Overview Covers three PCTs and four Acute Trusts 1.1 million patients on the HHR at present Feeds from 60%+ of GP systems Feeds from ¾ acute hospitals Used in OOH, emergency & unplanned care Starting to be used in more routine care (Community, Out patients, admission wards, GP surgeries) Used by community teams as electronic record (physiotherapy, OT, podiatry)

Hampshire Health Record Next steps Increasing the use of the HHR as a clinical system and primary method for sharing information across the area Working with NIGB, LMC and ICO to ensure Consent Model enables full integration of record with normal use Standardising processes, interfaces and protocols, to enable expansion of service to cover more areas (i.e. social care, out of area, private sector)
