Who are we? We are the main providers of mental health and community health services in Berkshire.
Who do we provide for ? The whole population of Berkshire – circa 816,000 Joint services provide a full package of community care for the entire county… West Berkshire Slough Reading Windsor/Ascot/ Maidenhead Wokingham Bracknell
What do we do? Assess and treat people with a mental or physical health problems in the community including learning disability Support carers Make people aware of lifestyle issues such as smoking, obesity Provide care for long term conditions Promote healthy living for children and adults
How do we do it ? Mostly on a 24 hours 7 days a week basis As much care as possible is provided at home or as close to home as possible
