My Teaching Philosophy Education: To teach students the necessary skills in order to be successful in their lives and to make a difference -Educated in a variety of creative ways that allows students to be aware of their multiple intelligences and practice them actively -Combine repetition with variety

My Teaching Philosophy Students’ role: Gain the proper knowledge to exceed learning expectations and become successful/make a difference -Make every effort to do their absolute best on projects, papers, and tests in order to succeed in school -Hard work/effort + respect + confidence=success

My Teaching Philosophy Teachers’ roles: To teach students the necessary skills in order to be successful in their lives -To instill in students a love for learning that prompts them to make a difference through their education -ME: To show them I care; to ignite in my students a love for reading/writing

Classroom Rules 1)Try your best in everything that you do 2)Treat others the way you would want to be treated 3)Always be confident about your work (Hard work/Effort + Respect + Confidence)

Classroom Management Plan I will partner with parents in their child’s learning, but I won’t let them sway me in my rules and beliefs Communication system (for positive/negative reinforcement) with parents

In Conclusion… Education: To teach students the necessary skills in order to be successful in their lives and to make a difference Goal: To create and sustain a welcoming yet structured environment (classroom structure) Tone: Welcoming + Structured Hard work/Effort + Respect + Confidence Recognition  Positive reinforcement and Care At the end of the day…
