Octopus, Lobster, Crab, Baitfish, Eels, about anything that can fit in their mouth.

When they are 3-4 years old they are about 2 feet. Larger specimens can weigh over 200 lbs. and can be as long as 5 ½ feet. le:Black_giant_trevally.jpg

1.They are the largest members of the Genus Caranx Family. 2.On each sides of the fish they have a lateral line with sharp scutes which can be harmful to fisherman. 3.They are the 5 th largest member of the Carangidae Family. 4.After they die researchers occasionally see wide stripes on the fish’s side. 5. There has been reports that a juvenile turtle and dolphin have been found in the stomach of a huge giant trevally.
