Physical well beings at Hadsund School Sport and exercise

●We have 45 minutes of exercise in the class on a daily basis. Sometimes we walk around the school reading tasks instead of doing it in the class. We also make small games in the classes for example “Simon says” and “quiz and switch”. Exercises in the class

●We have one and a half hour sport every week. In the sport lessons, we do many different things for example running, athletics, all kinds of ball games and also theory. Sport is one of the things you can get in the exam in the ninth grade, but it is not every class that is having that. It's totally random. Therefore do we also have some theory about the muscles in the body and so on. Sport lessons

●At our school, we have two big playgrounds and all the students is allowed to use it. We have for example a Tarzan field, climbing frames, swings, basketball field, beach volley field, soccer fields and so on. Exercise in the breaks

●We have different sport events all around the year. For example next week, where we’re having an exercise-day with competitions between 7’th, 8’th and 9’th grade. In the winter, we also have a tournament between these grades in different sports such as volleyball, hockey, soccer and dodgeball. Sport events
