The CORE HOME page Volunteer Login History

Shows all chapter members Shows names, username for login, user as entered into CORE, and DATE of last login

CORE Reports page For most reports, you’ll find them on the CORE reports page

Chapter Volunteer Rosters Shows full rosters with classifications

Roster Page Shows Chapter’s Certification % Shows Date each volunteer completed certification Shows Date each volunteer completed Code of Ethics

Clients Not Yet Counseled Management Overview Select the Aging report

Select chapter(s) desired Select dates to include – Entering 10/1/2013 will show ALL CNYC

Shows chapter CNYC by age Current is any request <15 days old %CNYC is % of all CNYC out of all requests Any Over 60 days, once contacts have been attempted, should be closed out as non responsive
