One Care Training and Shared Learning Opportunities A phased approach that is sensitive to the timing associated with plans hiring of staff and the development of their networks –Early phases focus on online mechanisms notably, webinars and a Shared Learning website –Later phases include in-person learning sessions and online modules 3
