Andy Blue WP3 Meeting Cleanroom We have a class 10k cleanroom –Signed off as class 1k Contains –Dicing saw –2 Probers –2 wire bonders We also have a “semi-clean” room –Contains Module/Gluing Assembly In 3 Laminar Air Flow Cabinets –HSIO setup –Glue robot –Pick & Place machine –Metrology System

Andy Blue WP3 Meeting ESD Very wary of having procedures in place for ESD protection for module assembly and testing –For both rooms –For all parts of the build and assembly process There is no point in having ESD floors if other ESD procedures are not carri ed through with –Much like cleanliness

Andy Blue WP3 Meeting Compilation + ROOT Next step is to control via SCTDAQ (ROOT) When compiling sctdaq_HSIO –‘Add Existing project –./sctdaq/interlock/tilokl.vcproj –Compile as usual –Should produce a./sctdaq/interlock/tilockdll__/ folder –Also creates.dll files in./sctdaq/bin From ROOT –Run ‘gSystem.Load(“./sctdaq/bin/tilockdll.dll") –This initiates the TILock class –locker = new TILock("ASRL**::INSTR") –** =number of COM port USB cable is attached to –In my case it was locker = new TILock("ASRL4::INSTR") Began to integrate into RootLogin.C
