Using Data―A Simple Approach 1.O BSERVE DATA – Look at the data with your colleagues – What do you notice? What do the numbers look like? Do you see any patterns or trends? What information does the report give you? – Make objective statements about the data. Avoid statements like, “It seems…” or “I think…”
