TRACK A: Crime and Criminology –Focus is on the nature, causes and solutions for the crime problems –Provide an understanding of those behaviors that we have defined as criminal or deviant and how we respond to them –Primarily focused on U.S. at the national level
TRACK B: Justice and Policy in a Global Context Brings normative concerns to examination of major problems in international arena Topics covered include international law, national security, human rights, war & peace, environment, cross cultural relations
TRACK C: Social Justice Looks beyond “crime” to also examine broader context within which people exist Deal with problems such as exploitation, poverty, environmental destruction Focus is both on U.S. and abroad
