Parts Replacement Strategy Ease of serviceability and a minimal number of parts will help field service representatives repair the instrument in an efficient and cost effective manner. We expect to service all modules to an assembly level, not to a sub assembly level. Component level repair of the circuit boards is not recommended. Warranty replacement of DOA modules within the system must be handled in accordance with the Instrument Escalation Procedure. Melbourne Field Support will not authorize the replacement of defective instruments unless there is an escalation.
