What is the DLP  The DLP is an initiative of the WRDSB in which students in grade 11 English are invited to participate.  It was previously piloted in grade 9 and is now moving to grade 11  It is intended to enrich the classroom by using board provided netbooks and online tools  It is intended to provide learning opportunities that focus on collaboration, creativity, communication and critical thinking  You will still learn in the traditional classroom, but will also have opportunities to learn using online tools to encourage “anytime, anywhere” learning  The DLP is an initiative of the WRDSB in which students in grade 11 English are invited to participate.  It was previously piloted in grade 9 and is now moving to grade 11  It is intended to enrich the classroom by using board provided netbooks and online tools  It is intended to provide learning opportunities that focus on collaboration, creativity, communication and critical thinking  You will still learn in the traditional classroom, but will also have opportunities to learn using online tools to encourage “anytime, anywhere” learning

Digital Code Of Conduct In all online activities, the Code of Digital Conduct applies. If you ever need to review the code of conduct just click on the link on school or class webpages.

Digital Citizenship

Digital Footprint  At every website that you visit, in every comment you post, you leave a digital footprint. Because your digital footprint will be with you for a very long time, it is a crucial skill to know how to manage your public identity.  If you manage social network sites like Facebook properly the bigger potential of your digital footprint could be realized.  At every website that you visit, in every comment you post, you leave a digital footprint.
