Training Hands on training program through entry level positions of Management Intern and Management Trainee

Management Intern 1 Store Operations 2 Store Management 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Support Staff 10 11 12

Management Trainee Hands on training with a qualified Store Manager Trainer Learning all aspects of the management functions Training coincides with Training Guides Approximately 4-6 weeks with follow-up after placement

District Manager Trainees A developmental position structured to prepare an individual for District Manager responsibilities Training Program lasts 12-18 months comprised of two phases

Phase One- Store Operations (approximately 8 mos.) Key Responsibilities In-store training with an experienced Store Manger for 6-8 Weeks. Once skills are learned, they are assigned to a facility. DMTs who consistently demonstrate the following have proven to be very successful: Consistent Decision Making Accurate Inventory Control Proactive recruiting Professional Attitude Employee Development

Phase Two- Field Assignment (approximately 6 mos.) Key Responsibilities Train with field managers to provide an in-depth look at a District Manager’s responsibilities and expectations this leads up to the opportunity to run a District. Once Phase Two is completed, the DMT is eligible for promotion to District Manager which may require relocation
