2 High Level Timeline for Strategy Development November 2011 Secretary of State asks for Strategy to be developed. December 2011 Co-Chairs of Forum appointed January 2012 wider Forum Membership established and development of Strategy publically announced June 2012 Forum reports to Department of Health with their recommendations June/July 2012 Strategy published

3 CHILDREN & YOUNG PEOPLE’S HEALTH OUTCOMES FORUM: MEMBERSHIP The Membership of the Forum is made up of patient and public representatives, doctors, nurses and other health professionals selected for their expertise and experiences. A list of members is available at The Forum is chaired by Professor Ian Lewis and Christine Lenehan
