Workshop - purpose Review how foundation doctors are supported with career exploration and specialty choice Consider what resources (e.g. ROADS, medical careers website, taster policy etc) are available Share good practice Review the role of the careers lead Timings – 10 mins introduction to the workshop and participants, 25 mins workshop and 10 min final plenary Introductions
