Gradually improved formatting/access/functionality; incorporated links to publicdomain databases; discussion fora; demo papers; suppliers database; online-only journals … set up the Electronic Publishing Trust for Development fewer commercial publications - more journals from developing regions transferred management to University of Toronto at Scarborough
