FRAMEWORK WIP RC acts in an urban framework. Barletta has about inhabitants and it is candidate to became the sixth Apulian Province within Economy of the territory: SMEs operating in manufacturing industries (clothing and shoes) and agricolture

MONITORING AND EVALUATION TOOLS QUANTITATIVE INDICATORS: list aimed to verify the “quantity” of people contacting the centre, visiting it, take part to initiatives, number of activities organised. QUALITATIVE INDICATORS: questionnaires aimed to verify the “customer satisfaction” of visitors and users. MINUTES for monitoring the work in progress, have a remind of decisions taken, and in general, to have a view of the life and activities in the Centre

MONITORING AND EVALUATION TOOLS ANNUAL PROGRAM: list of activities to be carry out during the year, relevant fund assigned to and expected results. ANNUAL REPORT for monitoring funds spent on the activities and goals reached. It is useful to compare it with the “Annual program”.

SUSTAINABILITY The annual budget of WIP WRC is € (budget of the Municipality) For the following expenses:  Tenancy  Personnel  General Co-ordination  General expenses

OTHER SOURCES WIP Wrc is involved in other European or National Initiatives. Some of the activities are covered by other programs

DURABILITY The WIP RC is considered, by the Municipality, as an important tool for the local development. Activities and funds will be implemented year after year considering also all the possibilities coming from EU initiatives.
