TYPES OF CANDIDATES Intern  Undergraduate or recent graduate, can work in US for up to 12 months Trainee  Graduate with work experience, can work in US for up to 18 months MOST COMMON PROFILES:  Marketing – Market Research, Graphic Design, International Marketing etc.  IT – Software Developer, Web Developer, Network Analyst etc.  Engineering – Mechanical Engineer  Logistics – Supply Chain, Trading Relations  Professional Services – Accounting, Tax Specialists, Financial Analyst BENEFITS:  Customized Process.  Flexible Timeline  J-1 Visa Sponsor

COST STRUCTURE 3-6 Months 7-12 Months Months Total Fee: $2,000 Total Fee: $3,000 Total Fee: $4,000 These costs include J-1 Via and SEVIS administration fee, health insurance for the intern, and the sourcing process. In addition to the Total Fee, the intern must be paid a stipend to cover their cost of living. 8 Investment and Timeline

Become one of AIESEC US’ key National Partners. 9 What is a qualified Lead?  Ideal Referral Referral is YOU or another AIESEC Alumni. Referral is a decision maker or has access to a decision maker. Talent Management/HR Profile ** The most important is to have access to a decision maker and doesn’t NEED to be an alumni.  Alumni Support Alumnus has a 15 min call with the LC to coach them regarding the referral PRIOR to company meeting. Ideally, Alumni is present at the meeting with the referral physically or virtually. Alumni makes an /phone introduction to the referral including the LC.  Minimum Company Requirements: 3 million annual revenue Minimum 25 employees 1:5 employee to trainee ratio At least 3 years old ** If the first two are not met we can still work with the company but need to conduct a site visit to assess working environment
