StudentLink - Diploma and Graduation Information (under “Academics” tab)  Diploma name, as of March 11 th, 2015, will be used for commencement programs.  Indicate graduation ceremony attendance.  Update diploma mailing address. - Student Account Inquiry (under “Money Matters” tab)  Diploma can only be released if there is no outstanding balance.

Signout - Carefully read instructions in Dr. Kong’s regarding signout. - SPS instructions can be found here: Actively monitor and review SPS to keep track of your signout process. - Academic Affairs Office will be the second to last signature: 100 E. Newton St., G708 Boston, MA 02118

Signout - After obtaining all other signatures go to the Registrar’s Office, in the Robinson Building, with your BU ID card to complete signout. - Directions available on the Registrar’s Office website. Registrar’s Office: 72 E. Concord St., Robinson 305 Boston, MA 02118

Signout Dates - Signout completed between Monday, July 27th and Friday, August 21st: Official graduation date is September 25 th, Diploma mailed to diploma mailing address by the University. Students may also request to pickup diploma at the Office of the University Registrar on or after Friday, September 25 th ( Verification of completion requests can be processed on or after signout date. Verification of graduation requests can ONLY be processed on or after Friday, September 25 th, Final transcript (with degree and date awarded) requests can be processed ONLY on or after Friday, September 25 th, 2015.

Verification of Graduation/Completion Please read all materials/instructions carefully prior to submitting license and board applications. Requirements vary by state/country and some will not accept a verification of completion.
