Goals & Scope Goals Provide a Training Management System, a server-client application for managing and tracking trainees at different courses. Scope The Training Management System allows its users to build entities of course, exercise, measure and session. Each course includes: exercises of that course, precondition courses and sessions. Each exercise includes: measures and their weights from the exercise final grade. Each session include: persons who take part in it, their grades and exercise groups. Add the ability to create reports about the trainees grades and more.

אימון ומאמנים Achievements User Interface We have created a UI enabling users create entities such as: course, exercise, measure, session, person and users. In addition, the UI is enabling update of those entities and managing the relationships between them. The UI gives a feedback about illegal operations. Data Base We characterized and created a database to hold the necessary entities and structures to support our application needs. This database defends the user from entering data that doesn’t apply to the dependencies between the different entities. Server-Client module We have build a network service to allow work in the Server-Client module. The Server holding the database can support many different clients.

אימון ומאמנים Achievements Academic Achievement We have learned a new framework and tools in a short period of time. These set of tools (Microsoft C#, MSSQL, etc) are rarely taught in the technion. Documentation User's guide – a short description on how to use the product. Mainly explaining the new functionality introduced by the project. Developer's Guide A technical guide on how to install the product on a clean server. Instructions and clarifications on how to add functionalities to the code.

אימון ומאמנים Conclusions Working with an unfamiliar environment on tight schedule project is very challenging. This project expose us to various of new technologists. C# GUI interface is very strong allowing you to create UI using the windows operating system UI tools. Setting up a development environment is time consuming. The project goals didn't apply with our time resources as undergraduate students
