1 The Strategic Workforce Planning Team in the Yorkshire and Humber SHA are currently developing a toolkit offering an interactive and visual summary of the annual staff survey data. There are 6 main sections in the toolkit (21 pages in total): – A home page with the background information/useful links; – A summary of the 10 most improved/deteriorated key findings; – A detailed summary of the key findings; – A visual summary of the key findings over the last 3 years; – A one page summary for your trust compared to the national average; – A summary of the patient survey results (for acute’s/specialist acute trusts only.)
