Hebrews 11:17-19 (NIV) By faith Abraham, when God tested him, offered Isaac as a sacrifice. He who had received the promises was about to sacrifice his one and only son, [18] even though God had said to him, "It is through Isaac that your offspring will be reckoned." [19] Abraham reasoned that God could raise the dead, and figuratively speaking, he did receive Isaac back from death.

Faith is Motivated By The Word and Authenticated By Action Romans 10:17 (NKJV) So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Even the ultimate free gift (grace) cannot be obtained without faith! There is no challenge in life that will not answer to faith!

Power of Faith Luke 22:31-32 (KJV) And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold, Satan hath desired to have you, that he may sift you as wheat: [32] But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren. As long as your faith does not fail; you will not fail! 1 John 5:4 …for everyone born of God overcomes the world. This is the victory that has overcome the world, even our faith.
