Physical Science Physical Properties 20 questions

Overview The class will divide into teams of 3-4 students each Each team will decide on a team name and 3 substances Teams will then be paired off One team will get 20 questions to figure out what substance the other has chosen For each correct answer, the team will get one point The teams will then switch This will continue until each of the 3 substances have been attempted for each team

Substances Substances cannot be complex Examples include: gold, sand, nylon, plastic, cement, etc You must look up a picture for each substance that you choose You must have that picture on your screen when the other team is trying to guess When they have finished their 20 th question and/or have tried to solve the question, show them their screen

Teams will be divided by the teacher into brackets The team in a bracket with the most points will advance to the next round In case of a tie, the teacher will pick a substance and each team will have 5 questions each Rounds will continue until a champion team is decided Note: Participation points will not be awarded to students in a group who does not ask questions (should be between 5 and 7 questions each)
