This mean you have to follow this stops to do these type of problems 1) Do what's is the Parentheses 2)Next do the Exponents 3) Then Do the Multiplication and Division do in the order the come in the problem 4) Finally you do the Addition and Subtraction you do these in the order the way they come Go Back to the Menu

Doing what is in the parentheses is the first thing you need to do. So for this problem: (8+6-4) x 2 So you do the first Winch is 10 Next you times 10 by 2 to get the answer of 20 Back to the Menu

Second step you need to do is to calculate the exponents in the problem So in this problem (8+6-4)^2 So you have to do the parentheses which comes out to 10 Now you take 10^2 And the answer is 100 Back to the menu

The third step is to do the multiplication and division in the problem what ever comes first in the problem then that’s the way you do it Try this problem 12x3/4 So you take 12x3 Which is 36 Then divide it by 4 And the answer is 9 Go back to the Menu

The last step to do is to the addition and subtraction in the problem. You do whichever comes first in the problem. Try this one So you do it one by one and you get an answer of 9 Go Back to the Menu
