High Net worth Criteria: Independent corporate entities having a minimum Net worth of Rs.1000 crores as on 31st March, 2007/2008 are exempted from the Qualification criterion; OR Real Estate/ Infrastructure Funds having minimum Assets Under Management (AUM) of Rs.2000 crores as on 31st March, 2007/2008 are exempted from the Qualification criterion; However, such bidders will have to demonstrate above criteria independently and are required to have a tie-up with International Five Star Hotel Chain for minimum 10 years , while submitting the EoI.
